Nope, as far as I can tell it's a mostly hands-off breeding program to prepare the pups with living with wolves and hopefully eventually being reintroduced down the line. These guys were in a deep culvert about 10-15 feet deep, and at the far back of it... hence the poor image quality. There was a sign that read "Wolves have pups, shhhh" or something and I wasn't expecting these little rolly-polly pups.
