If you notice the bottom picture of the giraffe they are planned to be under glass, now that would be an exhibit!

You can see why they have had to rethink their plans - I think they estimated 150m euros for the work, but the designs are so incredible I bet they'd cost a lot more than that - still any improvement would be great - it was very rundown when I went, not many animals there at all. The staff were so unhappy they went on strike to try and make the government sit up and take notice of the problems.
