I`m aware of the owner of this place and knew he had 7 or 8 species of Croc didn`t realise that he now has 10 species but then again he is very good friend with the owner of the Danish Crocodile Zoo.Will be very interesting to see how long it takes him to get this place up and running.

I am sure London zoo had bred these some years ago?

Sounds like an interesting collection for the UK, all the best to them

Yes London,Bristol and quite a few zoos have bred them. I was asking about specimens in private collections. I didnt even know there were any in private hands! I would say this will be a collection to watch in the future because now he has proved himself God knows what species he will be ofered in the future. is he BIAZA?

Any idea where this place is geographically? I know it's not open to the public, but I was just wondering.

The babies dwarf crocs are for sale:
    Rainforest Reptiles: DWA Stocklist, Crocodilia

Amazingly (to me anyway) this shop is also offering Chinese Alligators soon.

I don't recall London breeding them at Regent's park, but a few have been born at Whipsnade, in the discovery centre a few years back.
I think the hatchings at Whipsnade were a UK first for this species.

I`m pretty certain this isn`t a first in private hands, but its not common.

Fair play to him! quite an achievement. I hope those baby crocs are ridiculously priced so that only serious reptile keepers take them on. I wonder where the Chinese Alligators are coming from? The Danish Croc Zoo perhaps?
