    I've 20 Syrian hamsters!

    2.2 Honey SH
    1.1 Smoke pearl banded SH
    0.1 Lilac pearl SH
    0.2 Yellow banded SH
    5.6 Yellow SH

    SH = Shorthair.

    Some of them have name and some not. The number of hamsters change all along, Syrian hamsters live not often more then 1½ - 2½ years.

    :)

    Hi, I'm Teddy and i'm new to the forum, I keep reptiles, mostly burmese pythons. i also keep boas, olive pythons, macklott's pythons, kingsnakes and a tegu. I would like in future to keep many more reptile species, and when i get my own place and don't need to worry about landlords or neighbors, some exotic bird and mammal species.

    At the moment my collection is limited to:

    - A pair of fencepost jumping spiders Marpissa muscosa
    - A small freshwater invertebrate aquarium housing breeding water hog lice (Asellus aquaticus), freshwater shrimps (Gammarus pulex), water fleas (Daphnia pulex) and Cyclops as well as a small number of pond snails and a pair of what I call muck leeches (some species of Erpobdella) EDIT: Also just seen the small larvae of a probably water beetle for the first time in there.

    Both make for very interesting and easy-to-keep exhibits.

    Just to update, Izzy still lives in NZ, although now with my in-laws.

    But we now have a dog, Coco, who is a staffy/rotty/possibly-pug/other-stuff-too cross. We got her from the RSPCA, and she is awesome!
