Part of the visitor pathway through the bamboo swamp in the Nahampoana Reserve. Here you may catch a glimpse of the elusive southern bamboo lemurs.
The Nahampoana Reserve is located just north of Fort Dauphin on the southeast coast of Madagascar. This reserve offers tourists and travelers a rare chance to see and get close-up with six different species of lemurs and other wildlife. January 2010 Advertisement
