I am afraid so, with young bulls their inexperience shows through ... shining (so to speak) . He must lay on a few more pounds to make him look anything like a good sport to 12 year old Winona ........ brrrrrrrrr oops!

Sorry not had the all clear yet and will not be at Chester until the new year as i`m currently having to much fun causing mayhem in the collections in the south west of England hence the stuff posted about the various collections by me.

Sorry folks only just got back home from a 6 day visit of zoo`s in the South West,those visited are Slimbridge WWT,Shaldon Zoo,Living Coasts,Paradise Park Hayle,Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay,Newquay Zoo,National Marine Aquarium Plymouth,Dartmoor Zoological Park,Paignton Zoo twice,Exmoor Zoo,Tropiaquaria,Cotswold Wildlife Park and a private collection.
Ok so the animals the staff at Newquay want are Lesser Kudu and Klipspringer for the new Africa exhibit when they have built it.

Worth the wait m8, good to see 2 unusual antelope species being considered, how is the Dartmoor zoo looking any news?

its what the keepers want,but these things can change,as for Dartmoor it has improved since my last visit in June this year nothing major just little things that all make a difference.
