I'd say scarlet because of the shape of the beak and the light coloured feathers on the face lines.

I used to be a massive parrot fan before (still am I bit) so I think I should know this one. It looks like a Maui Sunset Macaw which is a cross between a blue and gold and red fronted macaw.

Looks more like a Catalina macaw, blue and gold macaw cross with scarlet.
