Oh, of course we have animal rightners here in germany, but what do you want from this crazy people ? This people have nothing to do with the welfare of zooanimals, the only thing they want is-close all zoos. Is this the same thing you want ?
Hey, this enclosure isn't good looking, i know that,and certainly, there are much better hippo exhibits in europe ( not really in germany ), but it seems, the hippos themselfs do not have any problems with it, and they are doing very,very well, altough the male was born in Frankfurt, where he has lived only indoors the whole winter. I hope, the zoo will give them access to the outdoor exhibt also in winter, if they have build the new exhibit, which is plannened as the next project after the new elephant house. |
