Lowland Paca (Cuniculus paca) at Tierpark Berlin - April 8th 2014

Although a taxon which I have seen in a number of other collections, the Lowland Paca is almost inevitably either asleep, or displayed in a nocturnal setting where photography is difficult. As such, seeing an active individual in a well-lit enclosure was rather satisfying.
