      Unfortunately not, this is the main enclosure. As I posted elsewhere:

      I recommend having a look at the whole gallery as the good enclosures outweigh the remaining poor exhibits as the zoo. But there's no disputing the fact that this is an upsetting exhibit.

      Its hard to believe that this exhibit is just 30 years old.

      It is heartening to know that the authorities are well aware of the shortcomings of some parts of its zoo. There is a city-wide campaign, with posters and advertisements all over the place, to raise funds for a new exhibit. There was certainly a lot of building work going on in the new part of the zoo when I was there earlier in the year. For all I know, this could have been the start of the new polar bear feature.

      One thing is for certain... I've never seen whiter polar bears in any zoo before or since.

      On the page tallinnzoo.ee/en in the gallery there is a heading jääkaru uus kodu. There are the pictures of the polar bear exhibit they are fundraising for.
