Try this: Cerro Pan de Azúcar | Uruguay Salvaje

It is a center for breeding of local fauna and especially both Uruguayan ssp. of pampas deer Ozotoceros bezoarticus - venado de campo and has quite a large group of deer on site. Two or three other zoos (Trinidad, San Carlos and San José de Mayo) in Uruguay as well as 2 in Argentina (La Plata and Florencio Varela) maintain venado the campo.

It is in / near Piriapolis, Uruguay and part of the national park (not sure on the latter???) of the same name.

Nice find. I am guessing the small black cat around the 3:55 mark is a melanistic pampas cat, because it looks like the melanistic pampas cats I photographed at Cincinnati Zoo many years ago.
