      Looks VERY small to me, how much of the enclosure is visiable on the picture ? Also quite strange to see living fish kept together with a Polar bear ( or were there more then one in this enclosure ? ).

      This is around 2/3 of the enclosure but be aware that it's not as narrow as it looks in the photo. There was only one bear kept here.

      Most of these indoor enclosures for marine mammals (polar bear, walrus, sea otter and one of the grey seal enclosures) seemed at least a little tight for their inhabitants.

      This a pretty nice, good sized enclosure for a polar bear, with a good structure and, whats more important, much better air-condtined than the polar bear enclsures at Singapore or San Diego...( poor bears....) Also to keep them togehter with fish is a good idea. They are too small to be a prey for the bear.

      @Bib Fortuna I'm sorry but how is anything about this exhibit "good"?

      @Cichlid

      Unfortunately, @Bib Fortuna passed away suddenly last year, so you will be waiting a very, very long time indeed for a direct response :( but I strongly suspect that he was being deliberately contrary and provocative, as he rather enjoyed leaving comments of that nature.

      @TeaLovingDave Oh I’m very sorry to hear that ! Thank you for clarifying
