Urucu is one of the 2 big aviaries the zoo has. Urucu is south-american with inhabitants like flamingos, spoonbills, macaws, teals, etc.

Can you walk through that middle tunnel section?

Yes you can walk there. But it's not "open", so there is always something between you and the birds. You'll end up in a tropical house with caiman, turtles, tamarins, the inside enclosures for the birds, some snakes, and the Orang-utans.
