For me a "small" arctic area would be more than enough Polarbear, Beluga and Walrus!

I'd have the aquatic species named "ungulate nerd", as they can be easily dunked into water and then they often submerge and are not heard from again for months on end.

To be pedantic - Baikal seal, manatees, tucuxi and Amazon river dolphin are not marine. So you will need clean sources of fresh and sea water (or freshwater and a salt mine).
You will also need your own power station for all the pumps, heaters, chillers and filters, plus a fishing fleet and an enormous cold store (because they won't be able to fish in stormy weather).
On the other hand meerkats just need an infra-red lamp and a few locust hoppers. Now you know why you see so many meerkats and so few marine mammals in zoos

I don't see killer whales in this too short list

I think that one or two species of true seals must be included to this group to represent a polar bear food. And a penguins of course!

if you were going to be shipwrecked on a desert island, which species of gazelle would you take with you? (Obviously none of the Procapra need to be included on the list because those are a given!)

The answer to all the questions is obviously Speke's Gazelle. There is no room for argument.
