So I'm making this a thread to post about nature/animal documentaries being released in 2015.

Humpback Whales 3D will be released in IMAX theaters. I really hope it comes to my city! February 2015. I find that stuff taking place underwater tends to be some of the material best suited for 3D films and the like. My Nintendo 3DS has a 3D camera and there used to be a feature where you could send messages and photos to people over WiFi. There was a Japanese girl I communicated poorly with, but I loved taking photos of fish tanks and zoos and sending them to her. Despite the low image quality, aquarium photos always looked cool. Ah, good times.

Racing Extinction is set for a 2015 release, though the exact date hasn't been announced yet. I love a lot of the awareness marketing they're doing with it, though it looks like it might be too much like The Cove in the sense that it focuses more on the guys doing the expose rather than discussing the issue at hand. I'll probably see it anyway...

The 2015 Disneynature film will be [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monkey_Kingdom"]Monkey Kingdom[/ame]. Weirdly, I've never seen a Disneynature film despite always digging around for nature documentaries, but I guess this time I'll get around to it. I do like monkeys. (as a bonus, the film is being narrated by the hot guy from Life of Pi)
