The books are here. I had a signing earlier this afternoon at my loft for friends. I am getting ready to post it on my website for purchase, but unfortunately it looks like I will not be able to offer shipping outside the United States. I just did some quick searches and international shipping is outrageously expensive. Standard US mail is around 40 bucks and UPS and DHL are both over a hundred bucks (for one book).

Maybe I will show up some time at one of the UK meetups in a couple years with a handful of books...

That's a shame. :( I had a look on the USPS website, and if it fits these dimensions (surely it would?): Max. length 15", height 12" or thickness 3/4", it can go as a First-Class Mail® International Large Envelope for $8.85 to Australia or the UK.

Can you figure out a way to get it onto Amazon? If not, then I'll just swing by your place on a future road trip or we could meet up at a local zoo and exchange books.:)

Thanks. I just did a quick search and input package and one inch thick. Perhaps I can use an envelope and get it cheaper like you said. I would certainly love to offer it to those of you outside the country.

Amazon charges forty bucks a month service charge for them to carry your stuff. I don't think I would sell enough to make it worthwhile.

OK, it is now on my website and available for shipping worldwide!

Book is 24.95. Shipping is 6.00 within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping is 20.00 to all other regions. I realize that is kind of expensive, but that is the cheapest I could find.

You will find the ordering information on my website here:

With the pound relatively strong against the dollar at the moment, this works out as a total cost of just over £27 per book - not too painful a sum for what I am sure will be a fine volume. I'll be putting in my order soon....
