So , I know Singapore (River Safari , if I remember correctly ?) keeps Black Howlers .

But here's my question : Is there any other zoo in Asia that keeps Howler monkeys ?

If we consider Asia literally, there are additional 3 zoos holding howler (black and gold) monkey, those are in Cyprus (geographically part of Asia, but politically of Europe) and 2 in Israel (again not typical Asian country but in Middle East). - these are listed on Zootierliste. Maybe in Japan there is (or there are) zoo that holds howler monkeys?

I think Singapore Zoo also holds a group of Black Howlers in the Primate Kingdom area (at least they did at the end of last year).
