      I am not sure if a ectotherm animal has fun in the snow.

      Maybe the fun comes from walking on a vertical wall of snow ;) as this animal is doing

      Surely this is not good for a desert living reptile

      It spent long enough forcing the door open,and any way the Giant Tortoise at Cotswold will go outside even when the temperature is below freezing admittedly they don`t stay out long but they go out side by choice.

      Yes - this animal was definitely out by it's own choice - the door from the house to the paddock had been wedged closed but it persevered and got out in the end! :D
