Hello, I'm just trying to find out if there are any Adelie Penguins in the UK or in Europe, does anyone know of a zoo or a private owner who might have one? Cheers!

Faunia (Madrid) has them; I don't believe there are any others in Europe.

No problem! It's a very interesting place, and well worth a visit - as well as the Adelies there are also Chinstrap Penguins (also very rare in Europe) and 7 penguin species in total - and other rarities including Black Agouti, Nancy Ma's Douroucouli, Grey Brocket Deer and Caribbean Manatee. :)

Somewhere that is certainly on my list; especially for the two penguin taxa, the Douroucouli and the Brocket.

By the by, the Black Agouti turned out to be Mexican Agouti last I heard :)
