According to Design plans and personal testiment it seems that there is the possiblity for the Capybara, Guanco and Tapir to enter the Top habitat with the Elephants and for the Pronghorns to enter the bottom habitat? Has anyone seen any mixing happening or are the plans on hold?

    Any Ideas?

This was in the original plan but it was cut out for some reason. Give the state of EO, the fences in the elephant exhibit would not be able to keep those animals in and some modification would be necessary to allow the animals to enter. In my opinion, I don't think those animals should go with the elephants because they would not interact with each other in the wild. Elephants are also difficult to have mixed species exhibits with too.
