You may remember that some people are building a replica of Noah's Ark in Kentucky and planned to keep a zoo of real life animals in it, including giraffes, koalas, and large predators. It seems that they have assessed reality and decided to replace the exotic animals with bunnies and mini-cows. I live in Kentucky, and I'd be shocked if this ever comes to fruition. They don't seem to have much going for them other than tax breaks from the state and some land. Other than that, they still have quite a way to go money wise. Their original plans in terms of species were pretty laughable. I'm not sure where they thought they were going to keep the animals they listed, but the facilities in the drawings looked pretty inadequate. Bad deal all around.
