    As of today, the births for the zoo in 2008 are as follows:

    4 Barbary Sheep
    1 Suger Glider
    1 Guar
    3 American Flamingo
    2 Scared Ibis
    1 Common Barn Owl
    1 Grey Winged Trumpeter
    3 Central Bearded Dragons
    8 Brownbanded Bamboo Sharks
    Litter of Naked Molerats
    Clutch of Nedge
    Clutch of Colden Saroy Chiclids
    Clutch of Giant Katydids
    Clutch of Marine Tadpoles
    Camel
    Zebra
    P. Horse
    3 Cheetahs, 1 Did not survive (Born Yesterday)
    1 Mouflon, (Born Yesterday)
    Chrisse the Tree Kangaroo may be pregnet, nothing confirmed yet.
    A shipment of new fish for the Great Barrier Reef is scedualed to come on monday.

    Cheetahs again!Wow!!!Thats to bad that the one did not survive.I hope the mother is doing ok.Who are the parents anyway?

    i think they said it was the same parents as last time? I can't recall their names sorry

    Wow, P. Horses again, and cheetahs! I'm sad to hear one died, but glad there's two more of these cats in the world.

    I think what Quartz meant was ngege.They are a rarer african river fish and there found in the "cave" area of the african pavilion

    lol,its fine.Its an honest mistake.Once i called my teacher ms pissbit instead of mrs nissbit.I hate that lady anyway but i did'nt mean to say that,well... at least not at that very moment,mu hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!Yes i know,im evil.Oh ya,where are the mouflon located?I know there are barbary sheep,chamois and tahr but where are the mouflon at?

    There right next to the barbary sheep. in one of the mountain exhibits.

    o wait,yes i do remember them.There are 4 species of sheep in eurasia.Barbary,chamois,mouflon and tur.

    I thik the tahr are off siplay only visable from the zoomobile, in Indo

    Yes, Chlidonias, ngege are a cichlid species from Lake Victoria (Oreochromis esculentus). They may not sound sexy, or look that sexy either, but they are one of the Toronto Zoo's major fish conservation projects. Ngege were the first fish species to be managed by an SSP. They are thought to be extinct in the wild, and the zoo holds some of the few original founders (and many F1s). In fact, there is an entire room dedicated to their propogation in the "fish lab" (off exhibit, adjacent to the Animal Health Centre).

    Regarding the sheep and goats:
    There are three exhibits in Eurasia; one houses the chamois, one the tur, and one the mouflon and Barbary sheep together. Although we no longer have Dall's sheep, we still have a very large Caprinae collection, with six species (Himalayan tahr and musk ox are the other two).

    The zoo is also trying to more the gharil to another zoo beause it is to big for the exhibit and is going to aquire another small crocidile.

    I don't know but it will most likly be a dwarf.
