healthy chimp? or an unhealthy chimp colony, with too much time on their hands which results in over-grooming?

does it zooboy? see, id always wondered how chimpanzees groomed.... seeing as this thread got way off track and we started talking about 'normal' looking animals, and you used an example of an overgroomed chimp as healthy. in captivity, over grooming to this extent is not healthy.

Funny that . Wellingtons camel ( Cairo ) was not exactly well "groomed" and his habit of proudly showing everyone his dulaah looked nothing short of disgusting
to the average visitor -- " look out -- hes gonna spit !!!! "

But he was an unofficial mascot , and people loved him anyways . he didnt have any problem in drawing a crowd on a busy day . And as Sim said , he had INCREDIBLE bad breath -- I mean it really stunk !

RIP Cairo .

The bad breath isn't a surpise it has been said that camels will chew and sometimes all sorts of things, all sorts of things.

The little one has been given a name - Lotus - fits with the naming of her sister and mother.

hmmm, Brindabella did have a calf once to Harry but died, Primrose has gave birth to Tulip and Lotus. So both females a able to breed if you are asking about Werribee?

Harry is father to both Tulip and Lotus so another unrelated male would need to be sourced to breed them. I don't know how these hippos are related to the Dubbo lot.
