whats the goss on the travelling exhibitors liscence???? any news??? aparently new laws are comming into play???? any1 know anything?

Why not go to the source and ask the Department of Ag, or the EAPA? Much better to get this sort of information right from the horse's mouth rather than second or third hand, I think....
