Hi I just wondered how hard it is to get a zoo-interested wife? You know most zoonerds are boys. And most girls my age are only interested in other boys. So how to get a girlfriend interested in zoos? To you have to seek a zoo to find one? Or is it possible to change a girl not interested in zoos, to become interested? Would the answer be to marry an animal in the zoo itself?:) I can picture me with a gorgeous female red panda:)! Stupid question really:)

Don't let it bother you. You shouldn't pick a girl just because she loves zoos or not if she doesn't love zoos. My girlfriend is not a fan of zoos (except Apenheul...), but we still have a great relation and in the years we are together I have still visited over 50 different zoos in 8 different countries, in 3 years time, just find a friend to visit zoos with, you don't have to do everything together :p

Yeah, I second lintworm, you just get the girlfriend/boyfriend and train them to like zoos (or at least to not complain too much at the constant visits). My partner copes fairly well now, and has been to over 50 zoos with me in 20 countries (not to be competitive :D), and even suggested that we go to a particular zoo this weekend (we go to a zoo at least once a month). Having said that, I quite often go to zoos alone or with other people, as I know my partner has other interests and can get bored with too many zoos.

I've thought about picking up guys at the zoo, I mean, might be a good way to find some animal lovers. But I'm too nervous to approach the few single guys my age there. (most dudes are there on dates) Ah, whaddya gonna do?

Maybe we should try to come up with pickup lines to use at the zoo. WHAT COULD GO WRONG

A few years ago a female friend and I were at our local zoo. I had had major surgery just two weeks prior and needed to get out of the house. Anyway, some dude started to hit on me. It creeped me out so much that my friend and I started to pretend we were a couple (just by our conversations). I wouldn't be opposed to gaining a zoo-interested boyfriend while at the zoo, but this guy was just gross and creepy and came on way too strong. But mostly, when I go to a zoo I am usually in such a zone that I don't notice what's around me while I take pictures.
