Does anyone know how to fix this?

I switched my PC on this morning and Windows loaded as normal, but my cursor was stuck.

I switched the PC off and rebooted in safe mode.

After gaining access I restarted Windows.

When I tried to log onto the web I got a strange screen from firefox asking me to input my email and password.

    I don't habe a password for Firefox.

I eventually got access to the web, although I did this I have no idea.

Now all my bookmarks and passwords have been deleted. My toobar above the Google home page has also disappeared.

If anyone can mess a computer system up without really trying I am sure it is me.

I think it is best to reinstal windows, if you have stored all important files if you eventually have on computer; otherwise I don't know a lot about computers. Ask help from some experienced.

    Disregard the above, Rob :p

It sounds like you have accidentally uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, hence the loss of bookmarks etc. Reinstalling Windows would not fix this error, and would just cause you to lose further of your pre-existing settings!

If you don't use Firefox, but only Google, that's fine, but Firefox is Rob's decision. You can take computing courses at any colleges in Macedonia.

Several internet cafes offer basic computer repairs and sometimes don't charge if they can't help. Staff at my local shop usually charge low fees and have often not charged me for a quick, basic repair.

Don't understand me wrong, lowland anoa. I don't know a lot about instaling windows or simmilar things, but know all basic everyday things related with computers like using internet, microsoft office (word, power point), paint, instaling antivirus programmes for example, reading pdfs :) :) So I don't need computing courses (I go to computers servicing when need some more difficult tusk like instaling windows).

Whatever was wrong, it seems to be working. No idea why Firefox uninstalled itself TLD.
