Big misstake from me, Salzburg is ofcourse in Austria ... Could one of the moderators place it overthere ? Thanks !
White rhino calf born Great news from Salzburg, a white rhino calf was born this morning. First time mum Tamu and her little son are doing well.
The 2nd white rhino calf was born on 4 Sept 2015. Mum "Yeti" and her little son "Hörnchen II" are doing fine! This is the new baby rhino, four days old (he is sooo cute!): www.youtube.com/watch?v=bR6jhfkUZzM
Nice-but It doesn't look so diffrent to other rhino calfs-so from my point, also this calfs isn't more"cute" than all the others. By the way-"making" Rhinos by A.I.isn't a thing Zoopeople should proud on that and has nothing to do with"Breeding".
Recent Births at the zoo: On June 4th, White Rhino Tamu gave birth to a female calf. A Patagonian mara was born in May. A ring-tailed lemur was born at the start of June. On the end of May-start of June, Anastasia the wolf gave birth to a single wolf cub.
On June 30 a Jaguar-cub was born at Salzburg . Mother is 4-year old Lucky Limari Father is 17-year old ( ! ) Sir William
For a new group of African penguins a new enclosure was build. Salzburg is the only zoo in Austria keeping this species : https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=692189881630720
