hi kiang.

The Welsh Mountain Zoo no lnger houses Persian Leopards, Snow Leopards arrived and they vanished.

No idea on the reptile house, i know that it ill house the alligators though and the zoo has already pulled down the desert house.

Personally i think they shoud focus on building better enclosures for animals like Gibbons and Spider Monkeys though.

i did see that, some of the enclosures are very old and basic, but are things changing, excellent exhibits for chimpanzees, european otter and brown bear do they still have the paddocks near the top of the hill, i think i saw kulan there.

They didn't have any Sarus Cranes when I last visited in 2006.

I agree with ZooMania, the gibbon and spider monkey enclosures are very poor. A new condor aviary was built a year or two ago, so perhaps there are plans to improve the primate exhibits.

The paddocks are still there Kiang, but the kulan aren't. Prezwalski's horses still live there.

the kulan were the old marwell stock, edinburgh are keen to bring them back into britain, having recently upgraded their camel house.
