Hello everyone , can anyone tell me when the Sloth Bears moved from Regents park (London Zoo ) to Whipsnade and where they are housed? Is their enclosure new or are they housed in an old enclosure?? Thanks , Zupu.

Thanks CZjimmy , I didnt realise this thread has already been discussed , I have read the replies. It would be nice to see some good photos of the enclosure , I wonder if they will stay there long-term? Thanks , Zupu.

Highly likely as the enclosure was specially built for them. It is simple but spacious and they seem to use it happily. Its possible one or more individuals might be exchanged with other zoos at some stage though as all three are related(mother and 1.1. offspring) and the mother has to live seperately.
