It must be pretty damn hot for this bear in Buenos Aires, especially with a concrete pit to live in.

Not as bad as places like Singapore.

BA is quite a long way south of the equator and the weather isn't too unpleasant, probably more like northern NSW or south eastern Queensland (sub-tropical), than Cairns (tropical) or Singapore (equatorial)
