2007 Annual Report CD missing
Old 23-05-2008

I received my copy of the 2007 annual report today.

It did not include the CD.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Perhaps tomorrow Zoogiraffe.

I did get a CD. The postman folded the package through the letterbox and obviously dislodged the CD. I just found it down the side of the settee where it must have fallen as I undid the wrapper.

I got the annual report and my CD which I thought wasn't there at first. I never saw or heard it fall out.

There's a picture of you at the summer school, along with the other 28 junior members, when everyone made dormouse boxes.

If you mean Z magazine, it's not due until next month.

I have my annual report, and the CD. Unfortunately, the latter is in two pieces! Why can't we stick to nice printed documents?

I agree. I think the conservation information which is printed would be better on the CD and the accounts and animal information in the report.

If I am thinking correctly the society has a legal obligation to allow members access to the accounts information. At the moment you are not able to view them.

Mine arrived today and all in one piece, they no long put a staff list in the report now, which is a bit of a same as it was intresting to see how had left during the year.I agree with robmv bring back the all paper report,i think it just another case of the zoo trying to be just a little bit to clever.

I have started to notice with annual reports such as Chesters, Edinburghs and Marwells to name a few that they have less and less information about their animal collections and reviews of the events in the animal sections from that year, not as in depth as they used to be, a worrying trend.

If you lookd at the 2002 and 2003 annual reports of Chester, you have the head of each section reviewing what has been happening on their section. This is no more, which is a shame.

It is a shame that this part of the report does not go into the detail that is used to do.

How ever for the likes of us Zoobeaters there would be hardly any new information in this section.

If I wasn't a member of this forum I would be seriosely disappointed!

That is true Taun, but it is good to get the zoos perspective on the year past.
