been to park today what a change american walkway still not open but from what i saw it wont be long the squirrel monkeys was in the enclosure as was some other animals .the baby lemurs are growing so quick the baby camel looked well .monty is on is own at the moment to give him time to settle in .
sayan was in her pool vlad was sleeping and sunning himself a very enjoyable day
can anyone tell me if the new building near the american walkway is were the red panders are going to be and when they are going to arrive

Believe that is the enclosure for the Common marmosets. The zoo map shows them as being in that area.

Red Panda's you meanand instead of making threads for every single update why not put it in YWP visits 2011.

Or even red pandas! The apostrophe strikes again.

I don't think the number of threads opened on a smaller organisation like YWP is such a problem, as there is so much going on in such a small amount of time and not necessarily that many zoo chatters going on such a regular basis - compared to bigger places like Chester.

new to this forum but loving YWP - a little link to the company that represents the park which may be useful, it mentions the planning submitted for the giraffe house

yorkshire wildlife park development 2010-11 update - lloyd tingley associates

not sur how to submit links so hope it works
