ISIS now showing 1.1 Madoqua kirkii at Chester. I would have thought they would be ideal for the new African aviary, this works well at Edinburgh where they have 5.0 in with storks, hornbills, etc.

I think you're confusing them with klipspringers. Dik-diks aren't rock climbers

The Dik-Dik are due to go on display next week, but in the old oryx house next to the giraffes.

They will then see how they mix with Giraffes!!

When you say the old Oryx House which building do you mean the house with the Congo Buffalos in or the one that runs down the backside of the Giraffe House.

The one that runs down the backside of the Giraffe house, didn't it used to house Arabian Oryx? Or have I got myself confused?

You got a bit confused it has housed Scimitar Horned Oryx and Arabian Gazelle,but never Arabian Oryx.

If they are in the old oryx house it means that they won't be visible indoors, and they are probably going to be really hard to spot outside if they have the run of the giraffe paddock as they are so small. Still, I suppose trying to find them is half the fun
