Noahs Ark have just received grey kangaroo from Chester Zoo, they will share the Australasian area with the Wallabies, Emu and Kune Kune's.

Hope they thrive there , kangaroos can be tricky to keep in the UK .

kangaroos, tricky! no offense but they are pretty popular in the uk bele

Popular they may be, but the larger Red & Grey Kangaroos are not that easy to keep longterm in the UK. In particular they can suffer from a condition called 'lumpy jaw'. Groups tend to die out after living and breeding quite successfully for a while. Bennett's Wallabies are much tougher and less prone to disease though they can sometimes suddenly die if their resistance is lowered by stress-related causes.
