    Hello everyone.

I know I'm not really part of the "Chester gang" but I do keep up with what happens there. I just thought I would make this note to clear something up for everyone if this has not already been mentioned in the vast amount of posts and threads

Doing a bit of creeping on elephant database tonight, I came across Sundara's profile. While I and many others had always thought that she was inbred offspring, it says on the profile that paternity testing was done and the results came back that Upali is Sundara's father, not Chang. Although this may not make a difference to anyone, I just thought I'd post this in case no one else had noticed, here is the link to her profile

Yes it has already been talked about thanks, I asked about her father at the South East Asian EAZA seminar in March and the head elephant keeper said they'd had the tests done and so now knew her paternity, frisky young Upali. Looking at her though, they'd already guessed who the father is!

Isn't Upali also the father of Sundara's little baby boy born last December?
