Which zoo's do you feel boast the most indoor exhibits in the UK? I would say Chester must be up their as having the most do fellow zoochatters agree? As for the best indoor exhibits I'm not sure Edinburgh in my opinion, thoughts?
I can't imagine any can beat London (though happy to be corrected): Reptile house Massive aquarium BUGS Blackburn pavilion Clore (upstairs & down) Casson pavilion Butterfly tunnel Plus a number of other indoor areas -Komodo Dragon, Gorilla Kingdom, Giraffe House. I'm struggling to think of any other UK zoo where you could spend so much time indoors. Others that spring to mind with significant amounts of indoor areas would be Bristol, Chester and Paignton.
Colchester zoo have many indoor buildings such as.... - kingdom of the wild - elephant house - wilds of Asia - sun bears - lion rock - orangutan forest - chimpanzee lookout - penguin shores - sea lion tunnel - lorikeet walk through - worlds apart - sensation station plus many more.... The zoo also has many undercover viewing areas too.
