Is there any news on whether Zola has given birth yet?? She was due any day about 2 weeks ago but could this be down to a miscalculation of when she got pregnant. With her last calf being stillborn this surely must be a worrying time for her keepers

No birth yet, according to the zoo`s homepage. I am hoping the best... because of Zola`s history, I guess it`s a very risky birth.

Is she the female that started to give birth and then 'shut down' for some reason so the calf was later stillborn? I believe she is one of Colchester's original two females(Zola & Tanya) with Opal and Rosa (& Tembo) being later acquired from Chipperfields.

Which is the one that hasn't bred at all so far?

Opal is the only female that has not bred so far. I think Zola was the female that shut down her labour
