Moving already uploaded photos into Albums

Okay so I've been uploading pictures of mine to the Gallery and just went into my profile, and realized I had the option to create albums. I created an album and want to move photos I've uploaded into the Gallery into their appropriate albums. Is that possible?
Also, do you see the photos in your album in the gallery as well? |

You shouldn't actually be able to create albums - all photos should be put into the existing galleries (or make a request for a new gallery to be created).
