The brown bear family this Sunday...

... spent the time in the 70 sq meter grotto where the male bear spends most of its time. Today he was let into the somewhat bigger and better adjoing enclosure. Mama bear was - rather frantic -pushing a thick branch against the entrance door to the exhibit. "Look at the bear playing", was the most common commentary from the visitors. The behaviour went on for a long time. But her two babies seemed content: running around playing with each other and by my last stroll they were chewing on some big bones with some red meat on them. Mother bear still pushing the branch against the door, though.

      Thanks very much, PAT!

Yeah... I think it´s nice to add a little story to a photo whenever possible.

Haha, at the first quick glance I took, to me it seemed as if the bear was flying! When I took a closer look I realized he stands on the rocks.
