Aye-aye and Jumping Rat Signage at Chester, 09/03/16

Signage in place but the pathway still closed (except as an emergency exit, which at least suggests there is no ongoing building work in the public area!). Doesn't look like this will be long now - dare we hope for ready by Easter?
