Nice shot, seems you were lucky with the position, I only ever see this species on the back wall obscured by the planting.

If this is the male he was actually very active in the morning, I arrived first thing so I missed the crowds later in the day. |

Well the male is alot brighter coloured than the female!So I would say this is the male.
