'Also adopt a bird or an animal to help reduce our feed costs' reads the sign on the right. Does a non-charitable, non-BIAZA, non-EAZA, money-making zoo have a right to make such requests to its visitors especially in view of its minimal or non-existent efforts towards conservation or education? I'd suggest that 'bird or animal' is semi-tautological too.
