This exhibit has two viewing areas. One large deck that looks out across the whole exhibit (near the ditch part, where the rhinos usually are not), and the smaller viewing deck near the door where the rhinos normally are. There is also a glass window to see the indoor viewing. The public cannot see the backyard which is mainly used by the male.
