August 2008. This rough terrain is perfect for mountain goats, as they can climb over the roughest territory imaginable in the Rockies.

This is the very first exhibit that every zoo visitor sees when they walk through the front gates, and it is one of the best habitats at the zoo. An outstanding heap of boulders and grass holds at least two rocky montain goats.
