Amazon tree boa drinking

I don't think I have seen this species active before, but the plants in their exhibit must have been sprayed just before opening time and both individuals were moving around: this one was repeatedly drinking from the leaves. Reptile Tropics, Paignton, 4th May 2016.

      Wow! Nice shot! :)

A fantastic shot :) however, if one has been following the taxonomic discussions within the UK reptile challenge thread, it would appear this is actually an Amazon Tree Boa - and that Paignton do not wish to change the labelling for the exhibit as practically no one would know the difference!

      Education, education, education?

I'm much too old to follow taxonomic changes and I've always been a lumper anyway (;)). However I'm happy to change the title of this image.
I'm glad you like the photo, I rather like it too.

      Wow! The DOF is fantastic!
I also love this picture as I have never seen any snake of any species drink water.
