It reminds me of the Bristol signs

Knew they reminded me of somewhere! So thanks for jogging my mind!

I love Paignton, one of my favourite collections, but the invert house was extremely disappointing in my opinion. I was expecting something akin to the amphibian ark but was confronted with a rather lackluster collection in a few uninspiring vivariums and domes.

I thought the Leaf Cutter Ant exhibit was very different in design, and as for the other yes not ground breaking, but still very well done in a very simple cheap way!

Agreed, the ants came out best when it came to innovative exhibit design but it is simple and cheap as you said, unfortunately it shows. It's not going to win any prizes in my opinion, it's not even advertised heavily by the zoo whilst you're there. I would have missed it if I wasn't a semi-regular visitor! ;)

I like simple and cheap when its done well which this has been!I know what you mean we nearly missed it when we did it as well, but I noticed the signage outside and tried the door and bingo!
