Macaque Cage

A reasonable sized cage for the zoo's Rhesus macaques. It wouldn't look out of place at Twycross Zoo in the UK, for example. The Hanuman langurs fared less well.

      During my visit in september 2009, this exhibit held Siamangs (with offspring). The rhesus macaques where not in the zoo any more, only Assamese macaques (Macaca Assamensis).
