This is a coral-billed scimitar-babbler, P.ferrruginosus. Compared to orange-billed (aka red-billed), notice the fine black edge above the white eyebrow and the relatively stubby beak. It has been proposed (Reddy and Moyle 2011: Biological Journal of the Linnean Society) that the coral-billed should be split into several species, but some of the resulting "species" are extremely similar and the split has not yet been recognized by other authorities.
