      I find it interesting that many of the tanks at this Japanese aquarium are barren and sterile. The Baikal seal, guitarfish and sea otter exhibits are quite bland and nondescript, without much of an effort to create a natural-looking space for the inhabitants.

      Yet the freshwater Amazon exhibits and main coral reef tank are breathtakingly complex and beautifully naturalistic, and the outdoor overhead acrylic "runway" is unique and fun. A truly one-of-kind aquarium.

      Wow-thats awesome-even the"new"seaotter §exhibiT is much worse than the old one, before the aquarim was remodeled. It wa snot perefct, but much,much bigger anwith a much larger pool.So much to the fact, new exhibts are always better than the old ones..
