    Any news if the female is pregnant again, or or even gave birth in the meantime ?

    The wait is over now (no pics yet :) )
    Also, 2 species that were temporarily absent in collection are now added: 0.1 grey wolf (tame) and 1.2 water monitors

    Male Arctic wolf put on exhibit. There's a moronic plan to mate him with grey female.
    Hybrid cubs are useless for conservation, but very useful for making money.

    0.1 kinkajou was born
    New female white-cheeked gibbon introduced to the group (1.0 white-cheeked & 0.1 lar)

    Hybrid Green/Violet turaco chick was born, now about 1 month old.

    On March 17 the mixed pair Green x Violet touracos hatched a second chick. Would be intresting to see how they look when the are fully grown.

    By the way, Elephas Maximus, may I ask you how did that happen? I suppose the zoo didn´t meant to make these hybrids...

    There are single specimens of each species left in the collection, and they formed a pair.
    In past years, violet touracos also bred.
